Online study abroad and crossover classes

Online study abroad is a form of study abroad that allows students to take online classes in collaboration with The Akademeia 21st Century 's overseas partner universities while staying in Japan, in addition to regular classes, until they can travel abroad according to social conditions.

  • Hotel Customer Service Contest

    Demonstrate your ability to respond and make proposals to customers!

    This is an opportunity to showcase the customer service skills and presentation skills acquired through internships and practical training conducted during the first year of study. In a contest format, students from sister schools in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka compete and present their skills in front of professionals from the active hotel industry. It's a chance for students to test their own hospitality skills and experience a sense of growth.

  1. The amount varies depending on each department/course. It may change depending on the year or social situation.
  2. Textbook fee is not included. (Last year results: 50,000 yen to 182,000 yen *Varies depending on department)
  3. Details of textbook costs, etc. will be notified to enrolled students by mail between the end of February and March 2025.
  4. The above amount does not include teaching materials, training fees, and examination fees for elective subjects.
  5. Tuition payment regulations

  6. Upon completion of the enrollment procedure, permission to enroll will be granted, and you will be registered in the school's student register.
  7. If tuition fees are not paid by the specified deadline without notification, it will be considered as declining admission.
  8. If you decline admission for any reason, please submit all documents, including a notification of refusal of admission, by March 31, 2025, and if accepted, the admission fee, administration fee, and transfer fee will be refunded. (Depending on the timing of your withdrawal, you may not be able to receive a refund of your insurance premium.)
    For applications for declining admission or withdrawal received after April 1st, the admission procedure fee (first semester tuition) will not be refunded.
    In addition, tuition fees for the second semester will be refunded, excluding administrative fees and transfer fees, if all documents, including withdrawal notification, are received by the start of second semester classes. (For withdrawals or withdrawals after April 1st, an interview with academic affairs is required.)
