●In principle, school expenses must be paid in one lump sum for each year; however, only tuition fees can be paid separately for the first and second semesters.
●New students who have applied for withdrawal by March 31 after completing the admission procedure will be refunded their school expenses, excluding the enrollment fee.
If you apply for withdrawal on or after April 1, your tuition fee for the second semester may be refunded, depending on the following criteria.
(i)If you submit a request for withdrawal between April 1 and September 30 and the college approves it, your tuition fee for the second semester of the school year will be refunded after the specified administrative fee is deducted.
(ii)If you submit a request for withdrawal between October 1 and March 31 and the college approves it, there will be no refund of tuition for the relevant year.
●If your school expenses and textbook/teaching materials expenses have not been paid by the specified date and you have not notified us, you will be considered to have declined admission.
